You must also ensure that the delivery site is accessible for piperos. Failure to do so may result in delayed or canceled deliveries.
Payment for water delivery services must be made through the methods specified in the chatbot, website, or as arranged directly with the pipero. Cabo Pipa is not responsible for any disputes regarding payment between customers and piperos.
Cabo Pipa is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, whether accessed via the website or text messaging (WhatsApp). We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of deliveries and are not liable for any disruptions.
Cabo Pipa reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
